Our AV Technican will ensure that your room is set up in accordance with your booking requirements, be it uploading presentations, undertaking sound and audio checks to name but a few. They will also be available to provide additional technical support during your event if required.
Delivering a presentation can be a daunting prospect for many, dealing with technology may not be your strong point but don't worry, we will take the pain out of all of this for you. A 121 meeting before your conference or event can allay any fears so that you can deliver your presentation without any issues on the day. For the added reassurance an addtional technician can be booked in advance to be available all day during your conference at an additional cost.*
The latest equipment and technology is installed in most of our rooms. Complimentary Wifi is available throughout all rooms to ensure that you stay connected.
